Garden of Eternal Party is a stage theater production produced by Jonathan Schoonhoven, a sole proprietor ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website (goep.show) and our text message (SMS) reservation program, and how we use it.

• Your mobile phone number, when you text us to join our SMS program.
• Your name, which we use to hold your reservation.
• The content of text messages you send us, such as requests to reserve a seat, join a waitlist, check showtimes, or cancel a reservation.
• Reservation details, such as the performance date and time, number of seats, and waitlist position.
• Your opt-in and opt-out records, including the date and time you joined or left the SMS program.

How we use your information

We use this information only to:

• Process seat reservations, waitlist requests, and cancellations.
• Send you text messages about your reservation, such as confirmations, waitlist updates, showtimes you request, and alerts about changes to a performance you have reserved.
• Respond to your questions and support requests.
• Keep records of your consent to receive text messages, as required by law and wireless carrier rules.

How we share your information

We share your information only with service providers who help us operate the SMS program, such as our text messaging provider. They may use it only to provide services to us.

We keep your information only as long as needed to operate the SMS reservation program and to keep records of consent as required by law.

Your choices

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. To ask about or request deletion of your information, email us at help@goep.show.
