Garden of Eternal Party SMS Reservations

These Terms govern the Garden of Eternal Party text message (SMS) reservation program, operated by Jonathan Schoonhoven, a sole proprietor and the producer of Garden of Eternal Party ("we," "us," or "our").

Program description

Garden of Eternal Party SMS Reservations lets guests reserve free seats at our stage theater show by text message. Through the program you can reserve a seat, join a waitlist, check showtimes, and cancel a reservation. If you have a reservation, we may also text you alerts about it, such as a confirmation, a waitlist update, or a change to the performance time or venue. We do not send promotional messages through this program.

How to join

Text PARTY to our number, as shown on our posters. We will reply with program details and ask you to reply Y to confirm. You are enrolled only after you confirm. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of attending the show.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies (reservation alerts up to 5 per show).

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Reply HELP at any time for help, or email us at help@goep.show.

How to opt out

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. We will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you join again. Replying STOP will also stop any reservation alerts.

Carrier liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last updated.
